Kenneth Milton "Kenny" Adamson, 69, of Casey, Illinois passed away at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at his home. He was born October 28, 1938 in Greenup, Illinois, the son of Hugh Adamson and Zelma Marie Duvall Adamson. On November 16, 1963 he married Linda Davis in Hazel Dell, Illinois.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Adamson of Casey, IL; daughters, Tina Robinson and husband Riley of Casey, IL and Dixie Hickox and husband Dale of Casey, IL; brother, Denzil Adamson and wife Arlene of Watson, IL; sister, Sandra Casson of Mattoon, IL; grandchildren, Lacey, Jordan and Kelsey Robinson and Devin and Drew Hickox. His parents, brothers, Robert Adamson, Ricky Adamson and sisters, Audry Watts, Lucille Stout and Norma Mezure preceded him in death.

Kenny was a former employee of Casey Manufacturing Company and worked as a Security Guard with Securtas for Master Foods, Trailmobile and Fedders. He attended Casey White Oak Church of God.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL with Rev. Kenny Inman and Mr. Wayne Davis officiating. Burial will be in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
