Everett Nolan   Hanners
Everett Nolan Hanners, age 67, of Martinsville, IL passed away at 4:15 a.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at his home. He was born August 24, 1949 in Terre Haute, IN the son of Everett Elonzo Hanners and Nova Kathleen Snider Hanners.

Survivors include his mother, Nova Hanners of Hazel Dell, IL; daughters, Tracy (Russell, Sr.) Vernon of Casey, IL; Bobbie (Mark Davis) Nichols of Greenup, IL; Tammy Coleman of Paris, IL; Carrie (Brad) Ruholl of Toledo, IL and Joni (Jared) Fritts of Toledo, IL; son, Jonathan Hanners of Martinsville, IL; brothers, John (Stephanie) Hanners of Greenup, IL and Larry Hanners of Casey, IL; sisters, Carolyn Wade of Greenup, IL; Cindy (Robert) Warner of Yale, IL and Terri (Kim) Fritts of Greenup, IL; fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Marilyn Brooks, brother in law, Kenneth Wade and grandson, Wesley Nichols.

Nolan was a US Army veteran and was a member of the Toledo American Legion. He worked as a driller for M&E Drilling Co. and Ashley Oil Co. for many years and hauled grain for Littlejohn Grain in Martinsville, IL.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Southard officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery, south of Casey, IL with graveside military rites by Casey VFW, Hazel Dell American Legion and Martinsville American Legion. Visitation will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. prior to the service at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
