Sarah Elizabeth Cutright, 87, of Fountain Valley, CA and formerly of West Union and Casey, IL passed away on the morning of November 7, 2016 at the Extended Care Hospital of Westminster, CA.

Cremation is scheduled and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Markwell Funeral Home in Casey, IL is in charge of the local arrangements.

She was born August 11, 1929 in Casey, IL to Frederick Douglas Winters and Helen Leota (Hock) Winters. She was married to Leo “Bud” Cutright in September of 1949.

She worked as Chief Operator at the Casey Phone Company and later was the Office Manager at Goble Gas, Appliance, Furniture Store in West Union for 23 years, along side her husband Bud Cutright who was the Manager of the store.

Surviving are her daughter, Dixie Cutright of Fountain Valley, CA; brother, Frederick Winters, Jr. and sister-in-law, Wanda Mae Winters and brother, Howard Winters and sister-in-law, Wanda Ruth Winters of Casey, IL; sisters-in-law, Dena Harris of Englewood, CO and Patsy Isle of Winfield, IA.

She was preceded in her passing by her husband, Leo “Bud” Cutright; her son, Bradley Douglas Cutright; parents Frederick and Helen Winters; father and mother-in-law, Leo Edward and Laura Michaels Cutright. She was also preceded in her passing by 5 brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law.
