Fon Kathleen Gruning, 51, of the Casey and Martinsville, IL area passed away at 7 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Carle Hospital, Urbana, IL. She was born August 27, 1964 in Charlotte, NC the daughter of Robert Raymond Gruning and Cyrena Elizabeth Crampton Gruning.

Survivors include her son, Eric Duvall and wife Lucille and their four children of Robinson, IL; sisters, Jacqueline “Jackie” Davis of Martinsville, IL and Maralina Mason and husband Larry of Belair, IL and brother, Charles “Chuck” Gruning and wife Carmen of Casey, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Fon was a homemaker and attended the Casey United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the Casey Masonic Lodge. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday evening prior to the service at the Casey Masonic Lodge, 105 E. Main St., Casey, IL.
