Julianna Faith Lewis was born on Sunday, April 12, 2015 and passed away the same day at 1:12 pm. She was the daughter of Cody Ray Lewis and Hope Elizabeth Nelson.
Julianna is survived by her parents, Cody Lewis and Hope Nelson of Charleston, IL, maternal grandparents, Robert and Amy Nelson of Westfield, IL and paternal grandparents, Chris and Tracy Mitchell of Charleston, IL. She was preceded in death by a brother, Isaiah David Nelson-Schafer.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Markwell Chapel in Westfield, IL with Pastor Brian Wilson officiating.
