I really enjoyed seeing Mike over the last several months at church and also at the Popcorn Festival car show. Mike was always such a joy to be around, and I will miss him. Condolence: I hadn't seen Mike for many years but have many great memories of him during the time we worked the night shift together, starting out at Illinois Inserts in Casey. When the company moved to Effingham, we shared rides to work and became friends. He always had such a strong love for the lake and he would often convince a couple of us to give up a few hours of sleep druing the day so we could go to the lake for awhile before we had to go to work that evening. I remember when he first got his new Waverunner, he was so proud and excited!! Mike was a very genuine, kind and good person. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Condolence: I'm so sorry to see this news of Mike's passing. I have many memories of Mike on his wave runner at the lake. He would get in our boat and ski and would let us take a turn on his wave runner! He was always so nice and generous and loved his family! I'll be thinking of and praying for you! Condolence: Michael's family...I worked with Michael for only a few month's, but his impact on me is deep. I reflect fondly on our conversations about our cats. He always shared he had a "15 pounder" and was always astounded by me taking in a cat with four kittens. Michael was a genuine good man. I received great pleasure spending my breaks with him and talking about anything that he wanted to discuss. I will miss him dearly. God has an Angel with wings as strong as Michaels work ethic.
