Ralph Leon Ingram, 74, of Greenup, IL passed away at 1 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Heartland Nursing Center, Casey, IL. He was born October 29, 1938 in Cumberland County, IL, the son of Rufus Leon Ingram and Lucille Harris Ingram.
Survivors include his sons, Tim Ingram and wife Tammy of Casey, IL and Brian Ingram and wife Susan of Greenup, IL; sisters, Pauline Goldtrap of Springfield, IL; Betty Onstott and husband Ronald of Iola, IL and Ina Marshall and husband John of Greenridge, MO; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
Mr. Ingram was a retired plastering contractor and subdivision developer. He was veteran of the US Marine Corp., serving his country from 1957 to 1960.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth “Bud” Wade officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday prior to the service at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
