Condolence: My deepest sympathy to Phil's entire family. I will always remember Phil as fun loving, mischievious and a whole lot of fun to be with! Condolence: I don't think I have seen Phil sense High School, He was two years younger than I, but I always noticed him, because he made sure that I was aware of his presence. He was one the most fun, loving, caring young man, and I know in my heart, that is who he always was through the rest of his life.
