Harriet F. Kibler, 87, of Terre Haute, IN formerly of Casey, IL passed away at 5 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the home of her daughter in Terre Haute, IN. She was born February 23, 1924, in Johnson Township, Clark County, IL, the daughter of Byron Denmon Adkisson and Bessie Helen Forcum Adkisson. On June 23, 1946, she married Clifford Amos Kibler in Casey, IL.


Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Clifford A. Kibler of Terre Haute, IN; daughter, Martha Kuehn of Terre Haute, IN; son, Roger Kibler and wife Lisa of Pekin, IL; grandchildren, Jeffrey Kibler, Jennifer Hogan, Lesli Kibler, Allen Kibler and wife Jodi, Anne Bubnick and husband Tony, Elizabeth “Libby” Neels and husband Justin; great grandchildren, Hannah, Jennah and Siannah Hogan, Demi and Wade Kibler, Shelby and Jacob Bubnick, Mark and Grace Neels. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Allen Kibler; brother, Eugene Adkisson; sisters, Marjorie Hosier, Alene Richardson, Lois Adkisson and Ruth Adkisson.


Mrs. Kibler was a homemaker. She was a member of the Ellis Church of Christ in Duggar, IN.


Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. CST on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL with John Craig officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. CST Friday evening at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
